Ive been shopping here forever most of the staff and stuff there is great..my only issue is you earn points with each purchase that add up and you can later use as discounts, well points go missing all the time, as of today i checked my account, last time i went i had 600+ points and now i have 0pts i hope to get an aswer back to my email and theres a way to get all my points back.

The employee that helped my boyfriend today didn’t seem like she was interested in providing customer service. She overcharged him and when it was brought to her attention she didn’t look into it and said you have to spend “$75 to get the deal”, when the terms online stated otherwise. He had to come back in to get help from another employee to get the situation resolved. The reason for the 4 stars is because everyone else was polite, did their job correctly, and were able to fix the problem.

That plumbing spot has been there for ages, long before Farmacy. Farmacy SB has had their licenses and permits through the state CCB and Santa Barbara City permiting.
We are currently in a curbside model, meaning customers place their orders at the walk-up window or online for pickup. Masks are required at all times. Customers are not coming inside the store at this time, but we plan to re-open the showroom in May. We follow all the CDC guidelines for cleaning and will limit the number of customers inside to allow for social distancing. Safety is a top priority at The Farmacy!
Santa Barbara has been in the purple tier, which restricts retail businesses to 25% of normal capacity, including staff. For our building size that means 10 people, which is typically the number of staff we have onsite. Once we move into a less restrictive tier that will allow us to accommodate the number of customers we serve daily we will be able to re-open the interiors to the public. We are very much looking forward to this and are hopeful that it won't be too much longer. We thank all our customers for understanding our need to prioritize safety and follow the state guidelines!
Hi Carlo! Unfortunately, shipping cannabis products in the mail is still prohibited. Once cannabis is federally legalized this should change.
