I love this location because of it's size. After my most recent visit it was very disappointing. Prices at this specific store are higher than other locations, and compared to Walmart for every day Staples such as eggs margarine and so on it would be best to purchase elsewhere. Employees are very distracted chatting amongst themselves versus focusing on customers needs. It took two attempts including a phone call to get assistance. I live 18 miles away, the young man that assisted me saved the sale and I commend him for being very courteous and helpful, he shined far above all the rest.

This food city has saw better days as you could tell it still has its original food City sign on top it smells old inside and everything is out of date just to go in and out of this store is a hassle if you need to shop for groceries and are willing to spend 45 minutes to an hour for tortillas and a can of beans then go ahead but try to avoid this place.

I didn't had issues before it used to be a clean store lately is getting messier. Yesterday I went to get water for my baby and as I was walking I notice a sale on their tostadas when I saw the product I was disappointed they were mice droppings and the bags and tostadas were chewed by them now I'm scared to buy food there not willing to put fam at risk of getting sick.

In my visit to food city, I can definitely say that I was extremely satisfied with my trip. Food city has an excellent selection of both americanized and authentic Mexican cuisine at a very affordable price yet has a quality selection of fresh produce, snack food, dinner prep items, and so much more. I entirely recommend this location and strongly urge you to give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
