They have an acute doctor on site named Sarah I believe she was terrific I do like this office and they open super early I had an appointment at 6:05 a.m. I will be sticking with this doctor's office.

My husband, myself and my elderly parents are all patients at Orono Family Medicine. We love the care we receive from FNP Jennifer Tormey and her nurse and CMA's. Corrina and April at the front desk are always sweet and helpful. I would recommend this facility without question!

One star is one too many. I transferred here years ago, a doctor spoke with me for half an hour and did nothing but take notes about my problems... that was many years ago. The second time I went I was looked at by an assistant that could not write prescriptions and took more notes. I have been seen twice in six years. The doctor that was assigned to me retired, I was transferred to a different doctor that left. I called today and they have no doctors available... I have to find another doctor. Most doctors available barely speak English. Northern Light has taken over and mechanized the health care system. It is like putting a bar code on your forehead and scanning you as you move through the system like a piece of meat. Inhuman treatment.

Haven't even been yet but I'm already ticked that the night before my appointment to be established as a patient I find out they assigned me to a physician extender as a PCP without mentioning it. I'm not mad at the specific employee who did this but at their policy. Unless explicitly stated otherwise a PCP is assumed to be an MD (or DO); the patient (or prospective patient) should be asked if they're willing to see a physician extender instead. (After all, they asked if I have a preference for male or female; I think a preference for an MD or FNP is a little more important than male or female.)
