I would not recommend you to stay there, because management does NOT care about you. IF they chose to respond they will take their time. Most they time they would disregard your requests for help.

Most frustrating and difficult application process for any apartment. Their online application does not work, but they will not give you any other options. Ultimately I had to call them to have them fill it out internally after filling it out 6 times on my own. Not worth the price for what they offer either, go rent from a local landlord instead of one of these mega college apartment complexes.

I have lived at the reserve for almost a year now, and I can't say enough good things about it. The staff is wonderful and so helpful and maintenance is always quick to help. My apartment is a good size, and I never really hear any noises from my neighbors.

I enjoy living at the Reserve, as far as housing in the area goes they definitely give you the most for the money you pay. Rent is quite reasonable compared to other places plus they give you an allowance on electricity and cap it in the winter months. They have a bunch of amenities and maintenance is free for the most part. Would recommend this to any students in the area.
