I have never seen a company hide behind so many levels of walls to separate yourself from the one person who matters the most - the primary customer or as your have so distantly titled it the "end-user." Without us at the end there would be no beginning. I have been diverted so many times to resellers and technicians that I can hear you saying, "We don't value you enough to speak directly to you (homeowner). You make an assumption that every homeowner's problem with the product can solved by a technician or the homeowner knows the installer. You make no effort to track and connect products with its manufacturer-distributer-reseller-technician in the event that the reputation of the Goodman name and mission is not carried out to the "end-user." When technicians stop coming to you and going to another company's distributor you need not wonder why - hint: We don't like your company's avoidance of valuing the real cash paying home owning customer.

Absolutely the longest wait time for some duct work and half a unit. It should not take 1 hour to be skipped 3 times. Worst warehouse operation ever.

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. The guys in front are just plain rude, they speak rude and are not very helpful. I cannot believe they are still n business. Oh well Good man .That's what you pay for .

If the lines are long don't worry they won't be long! These people move! The front desk people do their job and do it well. The forklift drivers are fast, friendly and efficient. Nobody is standing around because there is always something that needs doing. A well oiled machine. (Gemaire and Trane need to take notes)
