I just had my blinds installed, and they are gorgeous! From the moment I walked into the shop, I had the best guidance from Lisa, who was both knowledgeable and experienced, not to mention patient, showing me different cellular shades and how they would look both in the showroom and through the window. The guy that came to measure the window was pleasant, efficient, and prompt. And the installation was done by Eric - very courteous, neat, patient with his teaching of the remote control. The entire process was wonderful. I would highly recommend Blinds To Go, definitely 5 stars.

A great experience with Blinds to Go! Our sales associate, Jamil, was extremely helpful and patient, lending his knowledge and expertise of their products to help us choose the right blinds for our new home. Questions & Answers

I ordered one blind for our bathroom on April 25th. Why is our delivery date June 10th? No one has called or emailed to let us know why. We've had many different blinds and shades made there with no difficulty.

All employees and customers must wear masks when inside the showroom; social distancing is enforced; heavily used surfaces and items are wiped down and sanitized after each customer (i.e. - counters, computers, sample books, etc); hand sanitizer is located throughout the showroom

Our Lifetime Warranty covers all of the mechanisms/working parts (ie.- strings, cords, wands, mechanisms, etc) You bring the blind/shade back into the showroom and we will send it back to the factory to be repaired free of charge!

shutters measured and installed by blinds to go are not allowing widows to be removed for cleaning. Since blinds to go measured I assumed they would know what to do. Is blinds to go responsible at all for this problem. I live on the third floor.
