Love their clothing! However their return policy seems to get worse and worse. I ordered online and went to bring back to store. My receipt was expired and because the majority of my clothing was now marked down to "clearance" she couldn't do anything for me. I had to take all the clothing back that didn't fit! Couldn't even give me a merchandise credit for lowest selling price. She "courtesy exchanged" 3 of the items but I had to go find things that minute. It will make me think twice before buying a bunch of stuff online. Not to mention, I believe she was a manager had zero personality.

Awful, customer service is terrible. We were only allowed to return 2 items at a time and ended paying more. Would not recommend

Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States and selected Territories. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays.
