Been a propane customer of Holden for 4 years now, never had a problem with delivery being an auto delivery customer until the past year. Several times we have been less than a day away from running out before we finally received a delivery. During Saturdays storm while trying to cook we ran out, I looked at our account because I felt like I hadn't seen a bill in awhile and they haven't made a delivery since September. When I called the woman was less than helpful and informed me that I MIGHT get a delivery Wednesday, I ran out on Saturday. I have no stove, no hot water, and a sick 6 month old who needs a bath to help with her fever and breathing. I was told that their day was filled with auto delivery customers who ran out so apparently this is an issue across the board and not just with my account. From my understanding, running out of propane is not only inconvenient but dangerous. Looking into other options and companies.

I’ve been a customer for years. My furnace broke so I have no heat and when I called and $500 later after they send a technician as I’m waiting for an estimate for the replacement I call them back and they tell me there too busy to help. They never even called. Don’t trust this company.

Holden have been consistent in providing me with excellent service. Their deliveries are prompt and I've found the technicians who help service and repair equipment to be knowledgeable. I recommend Holden to my clients (and use them personally )when they move to the North Shore knowing they will be well taken care of.

Holden's has been delivering oil to my family for over 50 years. I'm on their budget plan which helps with annual finances, and they have me on a plan that insures I always have oil. But beyond that, the staff are the most friendly, helpful prople around. They've helped me with things that aren't directly related to their oil business. Customer service is top priority at Holdens.
