Please note that visitor vehicle passes can't be purchased here as some of the other reviews mention. The gentleman at the centre directed us to the Visitor Center which is a block north from here. You can search for Chamber of Commerce to find the exact location on a Maps app. Better to get the passes there than at the entrances during the busy summer months.

Wonderful visitors center! We brought my kids here to turn in their junior ranger books and the park rangers were amazing! Wonderful experience

Questions & Answers

We are in Bar Harbour on Sunday the 13th of October via a cruise ship. We are keen to walk the Ocean Trail. Is there a shuttle service to the start of the walk or another means to get there and back? Many thanks.
