The worst. Sold us a high end refrigerator then told us 2 years later that they don’t service our town. No one else would service us because they didn’t sell us the refrigerator. Finally got them out here and they broke the thing. Now it doesn’t work and they offloaded it to the manufacturer. When they said they set up the hand off to the manufacturer, it never happened. I had to call and set up the service call myself. No notes on what was done by Jarvis were shared with manufacturer. All starting from scratch now. Meanwhile we have no fridge for 2 weeks now. Don’t buy from Jarvis

It is rare to find straighforward, knowledgeable and helpful gentlemen in the appliances industry. Kevin Khan at Jarvis Apliances is among the rarest. Quality over quantity became immediatly clear. Jarvis Appliance knows how to hire the best. From the moment I walked in, It was Kevin who made it so easy to understand that nothing could be gained by dwelling on thoughts of buying appliances anywhere else. Good people are hard to find and Jarvis know how to find them. Thank you for the washer, dryer and dishwasher. Most importantly, thank you for your patience and experience.

My adventure with Jarvis started years ago, and unfortunately, overall, it was not a good experience. I had a Faber downdraft hood to fix. Pro: - they accepted to repair even if not bought there. - After many years and a lot of money, I have a unit that is working Cons: - I was not happy with their technicians. They did not know what they were doing, they charged me with expensive replacements that were not needed, they were slow and needed to come multiple times to inspect the unit...and every time my account was charged. - It took them years to fix my unit....and many, many, many phone calls, appointments and time I had to take off work. - I really did not like their policy of making you pay a lot for the first visit, so you are bound to stay with them because you think "well the job is nearly done". In my case, the job was not done; I paid around three times what I paid for their first visit. - They finally did not know how to fix my unit, and they gave me a new unit (thank you for that), but they refused to install it!! So here is a unit sitting in my living room for months, trying to find someone who would install it.....and more time on the phone, appointments and lots of money. - They promise me a partial refund but nothing appears on my credit card. I called them, and they changed their mind, no refund anymore! I gave up as I was so fed up wasting more time talking to them. The bottom point is that I will never call them back to service any of my appliances. I paid so much money that I should just have bought a new appliance, which would have saved me time and headaches.

When my oven recently stopped heating, Tony Jarvis took the time to understand the issue and fit me in the repair schedule. The repair technician arrived with a new igniter ready to install in case that was the issue (it was!). I'm glad to be using a small, local business where I can get this level of customer service.

We practice social distancing and we require masks in the building. We follow all CDC guidelines. We are also happy to make appointments but we do take walk-ins as long as people wear a mask.
You have to turn the knob to off or defrost. Search around the freezer.
