I visited Wellesley Mazda for the first time yesterday. The showroom was immaculate. Andrew greeted me and was super friendly right off the bat, and not fake friendly either. He seems like a genuinely nice and caring guy. He assured me there was no pressure to buy today because I was uncertain of what I wanted. He answered all questions I had expertly and an answer he didn't have he asked and asked till he got the right answer. He explained the availability dilemma that all dealerships are facing and the why. Super informative and upfront, and no pressure. That's exactly how I like my sales reps. If I lived in the area and was able to take part in that great maintenance plan that Shaker offers, I'd probably have put money down that day.

After multiple uneventful attempts at getting the 2022 CX-5 Carbon Edition, I did not have much hopes when calling Wellesley Mazda. But I am glad I did. Not only was Andrew so pleasant to work with, I was also able to get the car one week earlier than anticipated. I came in pretty late on the first day I was there, but Andrew was very patient and thorough listening to all my expectations. A week later, I met with both Andrew and Krystal to pick up my brand new car. The entire experience was easy, smooth, and professional. I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I needed to buy a new car after ours was totaled. We went to Wellesley Mazda and had an absolutely great experience. Alvin was so helpful and kind. Despite being in a stressful time due to having to buy a new car unexpectedly, Alvin made the entire process stress-free and very enjoyable. This is our first Mazda and we know that we will be sticking with Wellesley Mazda due to the caring nature of Alvin and the other staff!

The complete process right from the time I've gone to the dealer for the first time to the time I drove out of the dealer with my Mazda was effortless. Andrew S. was a great guy, who has made my buying experience at Mazda exciting & convenient. He was very easy to talk to and understanding of my views on the car purchase. He made sure that I was making the right choices and avoided making any unnecessary purchases, which was amazing...!! The way everyone spoke to us, made us feel important and that we are being cared for at Wellesley Mazda - I would like to thank Andrew S. & the Mazda family again for everything.
