I had a "no hassle" drop off through an agreement with my company and UPS. Supposed to be hassle free. I came prepared with the info needed for a UPS employee to get it taken care of. When I presented the info for the first time the employee was confused and didn't know what to do. Said her manager isn't there but she'll figure out the process with the manager so that when I come back the next day she'll know what to do. Came back 2 days later and the same employee looked like a dear caught in headlights when she saw me. She still didn't know what to do. The manager was there and seemed to figure out the process but the "system won't process the transaction" and asked me to come back for a third time, bragging about being the manager and that it would get done. As if 2 failed attempts is supposed to reassure me that, between the 2 of them, it will actually happen a 3rd time. The manager was unpleasant, the employee was clueless, it was embarrassing. You would think between 2 working adults there would be a little more competency. Not to mention, the manager's attitude didn't help. She was quite happy and snappy in recommending me go to another UPS location to handle my needs (apparently that's what you do when you can't do your own job, send customers somewhere else). And I did. I went to the UPS store in Oro Valley and it was handled right away, on the first try. This UPS store by Bashas could use some work. Other reviews point to a lot of the same issues too, and some.

I called at noon a set up appointment for 1:30pm notary, I arrived at 1:28pm and counter lady said I was early and to step aside till my appointment ( I was shocked by this), at 1:30 on the dot I asked for help once again but counter girl said their notary wasn’t there ( I over heard her telling previous customer that notary just left for lunch ), she stated notary would be back in 20 minutes ( sounded like it would be much longer) , I questioned why they would set appointment and then not have person there at time appointment was set and the lady became rude and stated I had no right to question her ( several customers where in the store waiting and looked to be shocked as well by counter lady’s attitude ) I left and went somewhere else and never will give my business to this horrible UPS store again, Their response is an absolute lie, And the counter lady confirm my appointment and I was there

Ive been going here for years to return items from my purchases. They have always been so patient and friendly. I tried going to another store once, and they were not at all customer service oriented. So I came back here and go no where else. More recently however, there has been an employee that seems to be irritated everytime I come in. I am writing this in hopes that she gets a friendly reminder of how her moods can impact the company. I dont want to describe her or state her name but if she keeps this up they will loose their stellar reputation and might start loosing customers. Just sayin.

Whoever is allowing them to use vinegar to clean the carpet in the building just rip out the carpet and put flooring it’s disgusting in there and smells awful I have no idea what the blonde lady was thinking when she decided that was a good idea I told them she should open the door it’s so potent!

I would guess no. You can bring a file on USB and pay the extra for computer fee to read and print it. Better to send them an email with the attachment to print. .pdf format is your best bet for printing.
