Left my nails bumpy and not coffin style as request. I know the guy tired but he probably doesn't really do younger people. I would say they need some updating on their techniquesand shaping my nail is more oval than coffin. Nice thing is that they don't charge a arm and leg so good for basic stuff but not designs

Fantastic people. My toes and toenails have seen a lot of miles. Nail Rap made the toenails and fingernails look human. Nail Rap people are really nice.

I came in for dip powder and a pedicure. I was there for 2 hours and 40 minutes. My dip powder is lumpy, some areas don't have the activator on it so they look grainy, and the dip doesn't cover the entire finger nail. I showed told him and showed him and area that did not have top coat.. He redid the top coat on one finger but acted like the lumps were fine. He finished an hour before they closed and just said it was fine. I am so upset, they look absolutely terrible!
