I have MS. They go over and above to support my goal to continue walking and avoid a wheelchair. I do not hesitate to contact them with any of my walking needs.

This was the WORST practice I have ever done business with. Customer service was terrible from trying to schedule an appointment and being put on hold 100 times and the woman chewing on the phone while I made the appointment. I arrived to the disgusting office, with out of date EVERYTHING, and again terrible customer service. When we met with David, whom we were mislead and told he is great, also the owner (should have known better), he may be the owner but a terrible orthotist if I may say so. He cared more about the money we were going to put into his wallet before he gave thought to my childs condition and needs. He was in a hurry the minute we walked into the room, and it showed throughout our appointment. He clearly had more important things to deal with than his patients. If you want quality care I DO NOT suggest this office. The owner cares about one thing and it's money. Hopefully I can save other people from the time, money, and most importantly disappointment.

In early 2015 I was injured with a broken leg and a dislocated ankle. For the next four years the ankles became an ever increasing problem. Early 2019 I had enough and went to another doctor who sent me to Advance Orthotic & Prosthetic Services Inc. I was seen by David Johnson. The orthotics made by David are a life saver. Right from the moment I first put them on it was obvious that he had nailed the problem and solution. The neuropathy soon disappeared. He has made it possible for me to do things not done for the previous four years. I would rate Advance Orthotics & Prosthetic Services, Inc. as a 10 out of a possible 10. The office crew is very professional and helpful. I can't praise David Johnson enough for that he has done for me. I have never been treated by anyone but Johnson but fully expect that all of their staff is great. I highly recommend this company.

Elliot (South Portland office) worked patiently to create foot molds for my dad, explaining each step of the process and answering his questions. Elliot was knowledgeable and respectful. I wish I could give him 10 stars!
