Pharmacy has a lot of issues. Many techs are rude without reason. Others do not listen very well often having to repeat myself 3 times or more then they get rude when they still don't listen. This is poor customer service. Better training is a must! I will be happy when I move in a few months and will have another pharmacy to go to.

I was just shopping in this superstore, and at 8 pm on a Friday night, the store was very busy. There were no shopping carts in the store, nor anywhere in the front of the parking lot to be had. There were no cashiers available, just self checkouts. I watched several older people struggling with checking out their own orders, yet SEVEN employees were just standing at the front doing absolutely nothing! And nothing to help anyone! The grocery section was full of trash and pallets and boxes, yet no employees working those piles nor cleaning anything up. I had to climb around trashed packing materials in several aisles and they were not supervised nor roped off for customer safety. I put 7 years of work into that building myself for Walmart many years ago and I am very disappointed in not only the company itself, but the current management of this store. This company makes billions yet they don't take care of their customers nor their employees. I am very disappointed in Walmart and will avoid shopping in there, taking my money and business to another store who will hire people willing to work and support good customer service.

I am usually able to find what I need and the staff is very friendly. I’ve noticed that as long as you treat them with respect and approach them with a good attitude, they are more than happy to help. The young lady at the fitting room, Vee, is an absolute sweetheart and made me feel welcomed. She was extremely approachable and very helpful, even when she didn’t know where a product was (who can blame her, they are remodeling the store after all and on top of that, the place is HUGE) she looked up the item in order to help me. She was very kind and assisted me with a smile. The nice woman at the self checkout, Susan, is also a doll. She is always smiling and ready to help when a person is in need of assistance. She was able to help me scan a product that wasn’t going through, all while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude. While I must admit I have come across one or two rude associates, these two nice ladies, among many others, definitely make my shopping experience better and create a positive atmosphere. Absolute rockstars. Keep it up!

I think they'll just give you store credit in return if you don't have a receipt but I'm not positive what their policy is now. I think it also matters if the tags are still attached or not but again I'm not positive. Good luck :)
They have inexpensive sewing machines, but just remember, tou get what you pay for!
