Horrible location - showed up at 12:50pm and they were already closed for their 1.5 hour lunch break that wasn’t supposed to start until 1pm!! Doors locked, lights out.

My experience here was amazing! Judy and Leo helped me out even though I came in near closing and was inexperienced in shipping packages. I was unable to get the right box at the time and they found an even better box that fit my package perfectly and gave me a great rate. Not only that, but they packed it up nicely and made the process so easy. I can't thank them enough! Thanks so much for helping me out! Would recommend this store for the friendly and helpful staff

Very disappointed. I sent a letter to be delivered overnight which the post office charged me $26 and it was never delivered. It was a very important peace of paper that had to be in Miami Fl the following day and it never arrived. For some odd reason I always have issues with mailing things to Miami. I called the supervisor to see if they could help by refunding or sending back the letter and he was not helpful. Do not use this post office. Customer service is awful!

They Called My disabled sister a thief because she messed up the address on the envelope and requested a new one. They then made a false yellow slip claim for her to go pick up mail at the post office to only tell her she had no mail and they wanted her to pay $1.50 for the envelope she had made a mistake. They also said shes teaching her 5 year old son to become a thief. I am truly disgusted by the management and staff at this post office. Mistakes happen but how you treat a human is no mistake.
