THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This store has the worst customer service. My girlfriend went into this store today to get a SIM card for the phone that I just bought her. She was hysterical. The customer service by sales associate Ashley and the manager on duty was so bad my girl couldn’t stop calling me because she was so frustrated. She said she asked the girl what her attitude was for and the girl said in front of the manager “I’m just reciprocating energy” as she proceeded to keep eating. Never mind the fact that she was eating but to have said that because she didn’t know the other number on the account is disturbing. That is disrespectful and my girl left the store since she already has a T-Mobile account and she just got her phone stolen on Sunday. That kind of behavior was unacceptable from an in store customer service rep at that. I should take our phone service somewhere else. If this is how employees of T-Mobile are allowed to act.

I recently got new phones at this location(thanks to Michelle and Knoelle) and had some issues with them but went to a different store to see if I could resolve my issue and ended up almost not being able to resolve the issue thanks to that other store but luckily I was told to go back to this store and thanks to Michelle(btw she was awesome) I resolved everything and even ended buying something else. Lol Awesome customer service would definitely recommend it!!!

Great service! We had to activate my phone and also make some changes to our existing phone plan. Matt was the one who helped us. He explained everything well, kept a great attitude, and helped us with everything we needed. He even helped me put on a screen protector for my new iphone! Dedicated worker. Thank you Matt!

Today my boyfriend went in to trade in his phone for an upgrade. He had a crack on the back of his phone but everything else was fine. No damage to the lcd screen and no water damage! Phone works perfectly fine. I think the manager will need further training on when to take in a phone and when not to take in a phone. We had to drive out of our way to do this trade in.
