Check in and check out staff were very polite and friendly. But the room was dirty. The bedding had stains, including a dog paw print (this was not a pet friendly room), the towels had stains, there was hair on the bathroom floor, thick smudges all over the TV, carpet was stained and had crumbs all over it, sink leaked, there were stains and dents in the walls. There were also no good access to plugs by the bed, so plan to charge your phone across the room unless you want to unplug lights and the clock. I did not sleep under the covers here, I was barely able to stay in the room at all. I do have to give positive credit where do so I will say breakfast went well and the hot water in the shower lasted forever. I really hate to give a bad review because the staff was so nice and I don’t care if things are updated. For the price I wasn’t expecting updated, but I was expecting clean. However, the upkeep and cleanliness of the rooms was awful.

Came from out of town to attend a military wedding. Had to check in early due to wedding start time, and possibly arriving back too late to check in after the party. We were charged an additional $35 dollars to check in 45 minutes early even though we paid online 3 weeks prior. Our room was already "clean" and ready, but they wouldn't waive the fee. Room was nothing like the photos shown on the website. Dirty, odd odor, and a blood stain on the one bed pillow. Staff was rude and tried entering our room to housekeep before 8am when check out is not until 11am. Spend the extra money and stay anywhere else other than this hotel!

Positive: Location to Hollywood Casino and Racetrack Negative: Bathroom very tight shower mat stuck to the tub but I pulled up the end and what looked like mold was underneath! Heater very noisy but I'm a sound sleeper so that didn't matter! No maid service (help shortage?) Free breakfast juice coffee Pancakes only !
