I wanna start by saying the store was nice and the selection was amazing. I came in to possibly trade in a gun and knew I wouldn't get much for it. But the young man who was speaking to some customers very friendly and cordial with them. Once they left I started speaking to the young man while another gentleman who was older evaluated my pistol. Every gun I was interested in and was trying to ask his opinion on was met with short answers and had no interest in showing me them. Well the older man brought out my gun and the young man gave me the price to which I said I will have to think on it. I then was going to ask and purchase ammunition. But before I could speak the young man said "have a good one" so I no longer felt welcome in the store. So I feel I was profiled by him because of my appearance not race. So I definitely won't be returning and won't have a good opinion if asked about this business.

Found and ordered the rifle of my dreams for me (zpap M90) Extremely knowledgeable staff and very helpful and friendly. Huge selection of firearms, tons of services available and lots of giveaways, love this place.

There is no other fire arms dealer in Arizona you should visit than James410. I have3 been purchasing my old west reenactment firearms from Gary since way before his new store. He is the most honest and professional person I have met. His new staff is awesome and friendly. Don't go anywhere else or you will miss the best firearms dealer in the USA.
