I had a wonderful experience as an I stacart shopper at your store. A gentleman from the deli tried very hard to help me find the gluten free rolls that I need. We never found them, but I was impressed by the lever of service and kindness. It is much appreciated.

I purchased Brie cheese and when I cut into to it, it was as hard as a rock and completely dried out. When I looked at the expiration date, it had expired over a year ago! Fry’s should hire older workers who take pride in their work instead of careless youth to restock and manage this store!

This store has no hand sanitizer or wipes available at the entrance, so who's to say the carts are clean? There is only one checkout line open at all times so there's always a long wait unless you do self checkout. The self checkout computer has nothing to indicate that it is wiped down, just used by one customer after another. The employee at the self checkout is stressed and harried, and you can't help feeling sorry for her. When I first started shopping here five years ago this was a clean happy store and it was a pleasure to shop there, but no longer. Every week it gets worse, and after this morning I have made the decision not to return..

The gentleman that helped me was amazing! I went to buy my daughter her favorite snacks (Peatos) and was taking the last few. Terry went to the back to get more! Anyone else would have just let it be. He was super pleasant and went above and beyond. This store is so lucky to have him. I’ll drive past the Fry’s closer to me because of the excellent customer service he provides! Thank you Terry!
