Papa John's Pizza

Papa John's now has gluten-free pizza, for which I am very thankful. We got it delivered at our home, and the delivery man was very nice and friendly. the two pizzas we had- one with Alfredo sauce and the other with red pizza sauce- and both were good. However, the Alfredo was much better. The crust was very healthy-tasting, made with ancient grains even! And though it was a bit too thin, it was very tasty.

The store and the pizza are great! the call center is an absolute joke. I can barely understand them and they can barely understand me when I’m placing an order. I’ve had my order messed up several times because of the call center. I don’t know what they changed if they outsource the call center or whatever they did they need to go back to the old way because the call center sucks. Love the pizza love the store the staff everything about it ,change the call center please or you will probably lose customers.

The worst pizza delivery experience I have ever had. See photos I called the store and was given the run around. Finally talked to Mathew who was less than helpful. I will never order from them again.

What does it matter that you can get great promos if you don't get what you ordered? I don't know how many times I have had to call Papa John's back because of not getting what I ordered. Today I paid for double mushroom and double extra cheese. The mushroom were regular topping, and the so-called "extra" cheese was such a thin layer, it qualified as paper. While they "graciously" agreed to replace the product, Papa Johns expects me to put my eating on hold so I can return the poorly-made pizzas an hour later. If you didn't give me what I paid for, you should just lump your error and not cause your customer the added inconvenience of waiting! Posted photo here as proof. I also see a gorgeous photo of someone who DID get lots of cheese. I paid for it, but didn't get it. I understand this isn't gourmet pizza, but I should get what I ordered. DO BETTER OR LOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS!
