Rebecca is a great, honest manager who listened to my concern and made it right. She never questioned my phone call, instead she thanked me for it. A week later, I stopped in to meet her and she thanked me again- couldn’t be any nicer! She works very hard. If you want the Best Bear Claws from a bakery , try one at Panera Bread Oro Valley!!!

This Panera Bread is a lot bigger than it looks and has many tables inside the large dining room. Everything appeared to be clean. You order at a counter, and then take your seat to await your meal delivery. Soft drinks & teas are serve yourself. They also make breads, pastries, cookies, and coffees, but we didn't try any. Website says they're open till 9pm on Saturday and that this time had been confirmed BY THE RESTAURANT itself only 4 days previous, however, that was not the closing time. Call ahead to get the actual hours from a human employee. I ordered half a sandwich & a salad. The Greek salad was a good size and full of feta crumbles, Greek olives, tomatoes and greens. The dressing was perfect. The sandwich was good in the bites that had spread. Unfortunately the spread wasn't on all the bread, just the middle so there were some very dry bites that were not great at all. However, the fillings seemed fresh, and the flavor combo when the bites had the spread was interesting and tasty. There is a selection of interesting flavored iced teas. Our only problem was that our meals were really tiny. Even if my sandwich had been a whole sandwich, it still would have been very tiny. $15 a person for a tiny half sandwich, salad, and no beverage is just not worth it. Again, staff is very friendly, restaurant was clean, food tasted pretty good (except the dry bits), but the cost is just too high for us. We were still hungry after. I guess if you've got a lot of cash and can afford $25-30 per person for a whole sandwich, this is a good spot for you.

Rebecca the assistant manager is WONDERFUL! It was my moms birthday and she gave her a free cookie and was very concerned about my mom‘s allergies and even let her taste test some soups. In a time during the pandemic when people use covid as an excuse for poor customer service, this gal was simply elegant and amazing!

Our family always loves to go to Panera for a quick bite. There's something for everybody here. Good menu, non greasy food, great options for health enthusiasts and even for vegetarians. It's busy but not crowded, staff are friendly and service is fast. We haven't tried the drive in at this place yet but they do have a drive in. If you are looking for a healthy quick bite in a clean place with courteous staff then this might be the place for you.
