I just ordered a frozen coffee and a Boston cream donut thru the drive thru. Whoever bagged my donut threw it in the bag upside-down so all the frosting stuck to the napkins it sat on. This isn't the 1st time this had happened. I guess I'll switch to Aroma Joe's from now on. Thought I'd tell you why I won't becoming back.

I traveled to Maine on vacation and liberty was amazing great job to the staff and liberty she was on point and really nice. My coffee wasn't right but liberty was there to save the day well done.

It was about 630 in the morning, I ordered the new egg bites, a large coffee with almond milk, and a glazed stick. The food was exceptional, the workers were very caring, except for the manager. Outside there was freezing rain, I slipped and fell on my way over. I wanted to sip my coffee and snack on my doughnut as I waited 15 minutes for my Uber. The manager wasn’t having it, and said I wasn’t allowed to charge my phone here, and that she didn’t care how cold it was outside, nor how wet I was. I asked again nicely, but she still said no. I tried to order another order of egg bites, As soon as she handed it to me she told me to leave.

I love my coffee. But I like going in and getting it. But they close the doors at 5:00. So you have to go to the drive-through. And it can feels like it takes for ever. They need to open the lobby a little bit longer.
