I've used them twice in the last week. Everyone is extremely friendly and quick to help. I will continue using them if needed. They also went above and beyond to show my 7 year old how the trucks work making it a highlight for him. That in itself means a lot as he's talked about it many times since then. I highly recommend them!

The tow driver Chris was great punctual, courteous and very friendly. I didn't have to wait long for them to show up, we got hooked up and we're on our way in no time. My only complaint is that I was pulling a small boat, and they were courteous enough to charge us the cheaper hook up rate, the out of pocket cost to tow my 13.5ft Boston Whaler was still$430, because AAA doesn't cover boat towing. My insurance company did reimburse us for everything except sur charges of $20 for tolls (which we didn't go through any) and $70 for gas? I guess I don't understand how after making $1000 on one tow they need to surcharge for tolls and gasoline. Overall a good experience and I recommend this company.

They most likely can't without a title if it's a 1995 or newer car. You can always apply for a lost title or if it's abandoned you can apply for an abandoned car title. The only thing with getting an abandoned car title application is the pain in the neck service members at motor vehicle. And I ran into an issue because "I" didn't didn't "own" the land that the abandoned car was on even though it was abandoned to ME in MY parking spot for over 3 years and my landlord wanted me to remove it but wouldn't help me apply for the title
