We were staying at Old Orchard Beach for Mother’s Day weekend and were blessed to attend Mass at this beautiful church, it happened to be their First Communion and Confirmation Day...what a special treat.

Great building structure and a nice service I attended. Traditional Catholic Church setting and this is where I go occasionally since St James on Bacon St closed.

Big and beautiful . I live a stones throw from this great place . Sometimes you can hear the bells going off all around town . The brickwork is amazing . The roof made of slate ....if you look really hard at the roof you can see one slate is missing on the right side . I often wonder just how it would be to get up there and fix that little baby ! The steeple is clad in gold . Many times I have seen the lightning hit this. There is a great history here on these grounds . Some say ghosts wander the area . Maybe even passing through the surrounding buildings as well . The Church is close to the "Tall Tree" the largest tree in Biddeford. It is an old old tree towering across the street by the old rectory in Yellow and white paint . Certain brick buildings in the area were one linked to this Church I believe. On the weekend many people will visit this place . They recently upgraded the parking lot extensively . Smooth sailing now . The Church also serves as a great Landmark when navigating through town by foot by car or bicycle or etcetera. A great place to visit for worship or history or architecture or photography. I could go on and on but you catch my drift 😀
