My experience was just like everyone else's; excellent customer service from very kind and knowledgable people. I found them looking for a used Herman Miller chair on Craigslist. It was so refreshing to have a physical store to go to rather than ordering directly from the manufacturer or risk buying one on a second hand market. Lots of information, no high pressure sales, fabulous experience. Highly recommended

I drove up from MA on the recommendation from a coworker to shop here. Immediately upon walking in, Jake greeted me and offered help. I said I was looking at Steelcase chairs, and within seconds, I was testing out the different models. Jake adjusted each chair to what would be best for my height, and explained all the details and features. He was very transparent and answered any questions I had with honesty. It was an easy decision on which chair I wanted to go with after testing and discussing. If you’re looking for a new office chair, this is your spot. The prices are great, the quality is exactly what you’d get if you ordered directly from the name brands, and the customer service is top-notch. If I need a new chair in the future, I’ll definitely be heading back.

This is my first Google review, and it is definitely well-deserved! Joe’s son, Jake, is fantastic. He makes all of his customers feel like they’re receiving his complete attention, even when he’s working with two or three people at once. He actually listens to what you’re looking for, gives thoughtful answers to all of your questions, and gives you all the time as you need to find your PERFECT chair. He helped me find mine, and within days, I noticed an improvement in my posture and back pain. (Plus Jake’s puppy, Cooper, is amazing.) Bottom line: What makes Joe’s special (rather than just “good”) is how much Joe, his son, and all of his employees genuinely care about their customers. So do yourself (and your back) a favor - check this place out! 👍

After going through many office chairs from online and big box retailers, I decided it was finally time to invest in a good chair that will last. The current situation has made it more difficult to source chairs online and in-store but then I found Joe's Discount Office Furniture after searching through local classified ads. After reading many reviews, I went in with a mind set to buy Herman Miller Aeron chairs. I arrived at the store and asked Jake if they had any in stock -they did but then I got to talking with him about what I wanted. After a little bit of Q&A, Jake helped me choose the Steelcase Leap as a better fit for my needs --and it was more affordable too! I took a leap of faith (pun intended) based on Jake's help and recommendation and I have been so happy with these new chairs! Best of all, I now have somewhere to go who are knowledgeable and can support me if I have issues with the chairs! I will gladly make the trek out from Boston to support this store. Would highly recommend Joe's Discount Office Furniture over a big box store for anyone who needs to upgrade their work from home setup.
