Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. About a month ago I ordered parts that was suppose to be delivered the next day. When I showed up only 1 part was there, mind you this is to fix my a/c in record temperature that had just begun. There was a missed communication and therefore was told had to wait 3 days. I had explained fustration also that my sister the mechanic was leaving so I needed the part. Store manager Tom had arranged for an employee to pick up my part in Chandler and was able to come back in a hour. Thank you for everything. I will continue to shop here. Where the staff are kind, understanding, helpful and knowledgeable. I also noticed if they don't have answer they go the extra step to ask another till they have an answer.
