Absolutely beautiful The only real good thing I can say is it is a nice clean Park. Your Park Manager Heather has the heart of ice. She is a very unfair in her decision making which tells me she should not make those decisions. She prefers rumors over facts there's nothing to support what she says. If she doesn't like you she doesn't care if you end up on the street or not. She is poor representation for this potentially great neighborhood. If you do rent or move in make sure you get a copy of the park rules they seem to change at Heather's discretion. I will not live in a park that she is a manager in in the future. I figured as a part manager she would have some kind of idea about tenant laws and tenant rights. She's Clueless. I also advise if you have a conversation with her make sure it's tape-recorded and get as much in writing as you can. As for the diversity in the community there are only Canadians and caucasians I wonder why? I have always lived in a diverse community and love all the different cultures if that's what you're looking for this is not the place.

Heather not helpful at all. Pansy says yes with no intention to help or just flat no. Garbage overflowing and problem with septic system. Booked an elite site and never got a shed. Left an earlier date to get out of there.
