I was very satisfied with my experience. We just moved to AZ and my daughter needed her prom dress altered. I googled alterations and Lapels popped up. They have been very responsive from the minute I contacted them. My daughter is happy with the alterations and we actually got it back earlier than promised. All of the employees were very friendly. Even though it’s a dry cleaners as well, there was a nice changing room for her to change into her dress. I will definitely use them in the future
