Absolute terrible staff and nasty rude managers if I could give this place negative stars it would deserve them. This is the worst store I’ve ever been to. Used to live in Miami and though the line was long the staff at that Miami location was awesome however my experience at this Tampa location has been so bad I will never shop at Zara again.

HORRIBLE!!!! The manager in duty today was super rude, the credit card system was not working, she was very rude when I asked her. As per usual the fitting rooms were not open. The only person that was actually helpful was the guy in the register in the ladies side of the store. I do not understand why they fitting rooms were open for a week and now they are closed again. Rude staff I rather buy online, cause you can not even try on your clothes.

Don't waste your time. Seems like they have beautiful clothes, but the dressing rooms were closed and they had no idea when they would open for the day. Never shopped here before so trying the clothes on was important 😔 Also, long lines.

This is the worst Zara I have ever visited. Don't waste your time here. I have shopped at Zara's all over Europe and the US and this location is a total flop. The store is messy, employees have no interest in being helpful, and the layout of the store is impractical. I understand that the sale seasons can be difficult to keep up with, and naturally cause the store to be more messy, but it is like this all year round. Also, I'm not sure who decides what products are placed in this store, but it is a very poor selection. Totally random parts of collections. And the clothes that are there are very limited in the size selection. If the store were to be bigger, I believe they would have a better opportunity to stock the store with things that are not so random and it would create a cohesion to the collections placed here. Half of the already small location is men's and it chokes out the potential to properly display what would really draw women from all over Tampa. I hope corporate sees this. You need to do some updates on this location ASAP.
