I always stick to the pizza and the wings or fries. Also the desert. Pizza Romano has never messed up. From the start, I was always given great pizza. I order a few times from the competitors across the road but they messed up my order so many times. So I went back to Romano.

I would definitely not recommend going here. We walk in and order and they said it will be about 30 minutes, we thought that would be fine so we waited.. as we were waiting we saw almost every person that came in to get their online order get their order only to come back because their order was missing something. The place looked like it was run by a bunch of freshman that didn’t dress professionally nor did they wear anything to secure their hair so it wouldn’t get in the food. We waited and HOUR AND 20 MINUTES just to get our pizza, wings and mozzarella sticks. Any other pizza place where I’ve gotten a bigger order than this didn’t take this long to get our food. This was our first and last time going to this place.

Great food, especially the Philly cheese and greek salad. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! A third party delivery service delayed our order to the point of ruining the order. The staff immediately remade the entire order order without hesitation. Absolutely our go to place.

Ordered 4 pizzas and a salad online at 7:48pm tonight on 4/30/22 which totaled $67.13. The email stated that delivery would take around 45 minutes. At 9:00pm the pizza still had not been delivered so I called several times and the phone just rang and rang. Someone picked up once and said they were closed and hung up on me. We decided to drive to the restaurant, but when we arrived at 9:20, it was dark inside and the chairs were on the tables. There was a sign on the door stating that they had run out of mozzarella and they had to close early. I understand this, but no one called and said they wouldn’t be able to fulfill my order, my order was never cancelled, and the $67.13 was taken out of my account. I will be calling tomorrow requesting that they refund my money for an order that I never received. This type of business practice is totally unacceptable and I will not be ordering from them again. Update: obviously the owner cannot take criticism and attacks any customer that leaves a negative review. He is paranoid and believes that anyone who leaves a negative review is connected to some other person. I called the following day on 5/1/22 and asked for a refund. The employee said that they would refund the charge, but the amount still has not been refunded to my account. I will be disputing the charges with my bank and will be getting the police involved since this is considered theft.
