In reagrds specifcally to the Curbside Pickup/ Click List team: they are amazing, friendly, professional and helpful. I have never had an issue that wasn't instanly resolved. I have done pickup many times and have never been disappointed, even in the 2020 pandemic lockdown and the waits were often hours long. Just such a great expierence each and every time.

Unfortunately we will not be shopping here anymore. There have been multiple instances where we purchase beef and it ends up already being bad. Our vegetables were rotten on the inside. I have also waited an hour or more for grocery pickup, which defeats the purpose. I feel for them because this area has gotten much more populated, but it is still not okay to provide this level of service.

I’m leaving this 2 star review in hopes that Frys will step up its game again. I’ve been a weekly Frys shopper at this locations and really love the savings and the quality produce but their pick up service has gone WAY downhill in the past year. I’ve had nights where I’m waiting over an hour to pick up my groceries and today my order was cancelled by a frys employee while I was driving to pick it up ( not a small order). They explained that they had been having a glitchy system all day ( I’ve been told that many times) and that they had just received the order, that I had placed 12 hours earlier and they didn’t have the man power to pick out the groceries. I understand being under staffed but I should have been notified before the middle of my pick up window. I hope changes are made, I love the savings and the quality products but I won’t be ordering for pick up from them again.

This is a fantastic Super Fry's with lots of items to get, not just groceries. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was super busy today but the staff was doing there best to keep everyone moving along. The produce is really good too. They have some pretty impressive deals on lots of items. The wife bought a sweater and got it for 50% off. Who would have thought you could get a sweater at Fry's for such a great deal.
