Stay clear of this place if you are a female. My daughter called them at 9:30 am today to order a new wheel hub for her truck. She called with the exact part number we needed. She was to they dud not stock that part but could order it for her and have it by 5:30 the same day. We proceeded to remove the old one and thus making the truck non movable. When 5:30 came she called to verify the part was in. She then told they never placed the order and the employee must have forgot. We were furious to have her truck now half way in our garage unable to move it without putting the truck back together with the broken hub. We called three times to speak with a manager every time being placed on hold for over 30 minutes. When it was clear the manager had no intention of speaking to her I had her call once more this time I said no I don’t want to hold again please here you manger. This time I heard the manager and employee mocking my daughter for continuing to call to try to get this resolved. He went as far as putting the phone on the counter and telling the other employee she would just have to wait while he continued to check out customers tell a joke and take two other calls all while we listened. After 40 minutes the phone just hung up. Terrible customer service this manager should be fired and these employees should be thought to treat women with the same respect they treat men. The jokes and condescending remarks show a complete lack of character and respect.

Great location , with access to the gas station and the car wash. Very clean , stocked shelves and knowledgeable staff. Always friendly and very attentive. Offers a rewards program which helps save money off your purchases as well.
