Sherry at the Chanel boutique is a doll. She’s been my SA for prob 15 years now! The Chanel boutique isn’t the largest, but they do still get a good amount of merch and I have never had an issue with not being able to purchase what I’m looking for. A couple years ago, Sherry was even able to track down a bag my hubby surprised me with for Vday… it’s also a pleasure shopping in any NM department. Bonus: there’s a wonderful, comfortable nursing room for new mamas.

I recently went to Nieman Marcus previously and was helped by Thomas. Today I went and was helped by Chase. He showed me some magnificent perfumes by Amouage and helped me gain a greater appreciation for Initio's Oud for Greatness as well. Chase is really a fragrance expert with a wide olfactory palate. He knows how to zoom in on different fragrance types and styles and find the right fragrance for you, after He learns your taste and preferences. Chase took me on a tour through quite a lot of different fragrances and helped me learn more about brands I already loved and satisfied my curiosity regarding lines I had never smelled before, like Roja Dove's cologne line, for example. I have had consistently great experiences at Nieman Marcus. They have a veteran team of fragrance experts who never fail to help me and offer their products. If you are curious about Initio's fragrances, there isn't a better guy in Tampa to connect with than Chase at International mall. He's a tremendous ambassador for his brand, and goes above and beyond for Nieman Marcus. Thanks again to all those like Chase and Thomas at this location who consistently impress with their amazing expertise and knowledge. Cheers.

Thomas is a master of the men's fragrance collection in this Neiman Marcus location, and Diana was very kind and supportive as well. Thomas took me on a tour of all the various "Oud" fragrances available and showed me some that I had previously not considered. He quickly learned my taste (I'm not a big fan of citrus, or any of the generic mass appealing fragrances really... But most of the time employees continue to recommend generic blue citrus fragrances long after I've turned down several in a row!) and made some fantastic recommendations that I could really see myself wearing, probably the most likely of these being Francis Kurkdjian's "Oud Silk Mood." A prominent enough oud note, a bit dry, with floral and rose facets. I never would have smelled this without his expertise and knowledge, but it was a captivating scent. Thank you Thomas! I have been around the area and this was the best experience I've had with fragrance here in Tampa. 5 stars and well deserved. If you want to find the right fragrance for you, visit Neiman Marcus and look for Thomas.
