Unfortunately, they are so busy that you can not speak to anyone on the phone and most of the time they won’t call you back when you leave a message. This has been our experience for two years now and thankfully we have a second vet who is much more available. (When I asked a woman at the front desk what I should do differently to get someone to return my calls about my elderly, diabetic dog, she said they have too many calls and gave me info on an app to download.) The people are nice and seem to be trying but it’s clear this place is slammed, a bit of a revolving door and they are unapologetic about being unresponsive. They listen little. We will not be going back. —— responding to manager’s reply—— Thanks for the response. The vet finally called me after I posted this to tell me my dog is just old. I asked her to please listen for a second because I’m worried his blood glucose is over 600. She talked over me and said, “it was ok when he was here.” I was astounded and told her that it’s awful not to be heard in person or on the phone, and that old age is not a disease. She then told me she was working despite the suicide of a child she knew a few days prior. I was shocked and tried to be sympathetic to her while thinking, “how did this 2 minute call suddenly become about her personal life??” That was the final straw. We took our dog to Englewood Animal Health Center where they took their time, listened, diagnosed an infection and prescribed an antibiotic and changed his insulin dose to help us try to figure this out. Total opposite of our experience with you all. I sincerely hope your vet is ok personally and that you all take care of each other and the animals that are entrusted to you.

I had to put my dog down because he was attacked by another dog. And not going to make it. my mom brought my dog in for me and i was 30 minutes away. They where very pushy on what cremation urn I was going to buy and the bill. That was $640. that I only got a few minutes with him. Trust is a big thing in my book. I didn't have a problem paying in full. i just wanted to see him before he was gone. And not told bill and urn BS. All of that could have been settled after I say my goodbyes and he was put down. RIP to my first dog of 15 year... Prince

Do you have a reservation? If so they should have told you.
Lemon Bay has excellent boarding facilities. The kennel is spotless and the staff seems to care about your pet as if they were their own. They give meds if required and vets are there if needed.
You can't beat Lemon bay for caring for your (Family member) Dog. 21 years for all my Dogs, (kids).
You should protect your pets we don't get a freeze to kill germs
