Resident owned mobile home Park, within 1/2 mile to beach. Many park activities. Something for everyone.

Lovely well-kept 55+ community. Plenty to volunteer for and get involved in, clean pool and close to beach.

Does it cost to park over at the beach? is there a resident sticker for your vehicle..... no motorcycles is that correct๐ค... I certainly hope not the park looks beautiful and I'm over 55 and I'm interested in buying

There is a pet section. Not sure if there are homes for sale in that area. Rentals are handled by owners not thru park mgmt. We do have some homes for sale. This is a 55+ community.
The general rule is No Pets. There are a limited number of units where pets are grandfathered in. Also support animals in some cases.

Is there a home available for rent Jan. - March 2019. I am a retired teacher and have an adorable 23# cockapoo, she is very well trained and does not bark. I love Englewood we had a home in Tangerine Woods, but sold it when my husband passed.

Come to the park office Mon thru Fri. 8am to 3 PM and talk to the office manager. She can give you any information. I've lived here almost 19 years and love it here.
Do u have security, clubhouse? What is the age of your park & homes? Monthly lease cost & what it includes What hours are you open? Age requirement?

Nice clubhouse. Homes about 40yrs old. Only two persons per unit, 45 and 55+.
