You cannot bring a trailer into the park except for one spot and that's an RV but all the other mobile homes pay $410 a month hand once a year they pay around $650 and pass-through fees if your have a 20-foot motor less and there's any spots available that goes for $300 a year

I have flood insurance and have had offers on homeowners. Flood insurance is through fema at any broker. Key insurance on 776 will do like a renters insurance based on a home inspection.
