Sent a generator and rider mower for repair. Generator repair went as expected, except they wanted to charge $300 to replace the wheels. A service I declined. The rider mower was a different experience all together. They had the mower in their possession for over 6 weeks because they did not have a particular part. After a month of the same response, I found the part after 20 minutes on google and 2 day shipping and had to deliver it to them to finally do the repair. I was told they "can't search google". Why not if it means getting your customers equipment back to them in a reasonable amount of time. It would still not be repaired if I had not obtained the part myself. When I called to request delivery the following week, was quoted one price, then charged something substantially more when it finally arrived. When I called to question the discrepancy, the owner saw fit to argue the issue with me, and as much as call me a liar because there were no "notes about reducing price or delivery on my file". Wasn't a customer friendly conversation. I will be looking elsewhere should I need repairs again.

One star is too much! Not as reputable as they claim to be and WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU, if you let them! They seem to have a lot of good reviews, so I guess they do something right or there are not enough technicians around nearby. Either way here is my experience…. Took a 11 month old husqvarna yth18542 in for warranty service because it would not start. It was used about twice a month to mow a yard that is less than .25 acres. My dad an auto mechanic for over 40 years tells them he thinks it’s the solenoid for fuel shutoff and that we wanted to get it serviced by them so that we don’t void warranty. Without even looking at the mower, they proceed to tell him that it’s probably an issue not covered under warranty and that it’s probably clogged jets and bad carburetor-because we use regular gas instead of non ethanol gas. He has a discussion with them and still drops it off because of warranty. He posts a negative review, owner (I think) calls me and I figured I will give them a chance & asked for bad review to be removed…. A week goes by and they call to say that carburetor has to be replaced 200+ dollars. I paid 40$ diagnostic fee, pick up mower, bring it home. Disconnected / removed solenoid and guess what it starts and runs without a problem - I am sure I just voided my warranty 😂. I call and ask to speak to service department and the person says, “sure what can I help with” - tell them about how we fixed it - he says something to the effect - yeah we just change out carbs and not the solenoid. The solenoid is about 30-50$ Without labor… it’s a 11 month old machine that is not abused. Had they just not been greedy, lazy and tried to do the right thing - they could have made money on future services. Not sure how they lasted for as many years as they claim they did, hopefully more people question their diagnosis and get second opinions - I HIGHLY VERY HIGHLY recommend people find other repair facilities before giving these folks any of their hard earned money to these folks. The cost was and is not my issue, it’s the fact that they want to steal from others and then claim that they are an honest and reputable business!
