Every time my dog comes home from here he has diarrhea for about a week after. I enjoy the camera option, last time I didn’t catch him once on the feed. I ended up calling and the girl at the desk was so helpful, she called me a few minutes before he went out so I could catch him.

This was our first time using this facility and we had high hope for our future boarding needs. When we arrived on 5/16/22, there were about 5 associates behind the desk chatting. We had to make the first contact as no one welcomed us as we walked into the lobby. We were the only customers in the lobby. The associate that took care of us was very emotionless. We advised that this was our first time and would like a tour. There was no care from her. Another associate asked if she can take the leash for the dog so I handed it over to her. As we continued to interact with the front desk associate filling out the questionnaire, the associate who took the leash took our dog to the back. We asked if we would be able to say goodbye and the associate at the front desk taking care of us ignored us. We completed the paperwork, took the tour, and then asked once again if we could say goodbye to our dog and the associate stated that we couldn't since they already took the dog back. We were livid and no one cared. We were late for our flight so we had no choice to leave. This was devastating. Once we arrived to our destination, we attempted to contact the facility and to our surprise, the facility was closed and no one there to answer the phone. We later found out that there is no one staying overnight with the animals. This was also concerning to us. What happens if there is an emergency? What happens then? We were very dissatisfied with the entire experience that we do not plan on bringing our pet to any Pet Paradise locations again.

If i could give ten stars i absolutely would! the car they took of our two beautiful girls was top notch! being able to see them on camera while we were away was extremely helpful and put us at ease to see them playing and protecting each other. When they came home they were exhausted for two days from all the playing and exercise! they kept to their strict food diet as well!

I booked with them on the weekend for the first time. Apparently they don't do initial visits on the weekend because of there's not enough staff so they called me a couple days after I booked to cancel. I told them I absolutely needed it and they worked it out so that they can come but can't play in group, only with eachother because there isn't enough staff to do temperament. I really appreciate them working with me.. I wish they could play with the other dogs but at least they have eachother and a place to stay for the day. Thank you for your understanding! Will update after their stay
