Great place for any gun owner, from beginner to expert, unlike most places . They are not there just to sell you a gun. Paul and his staff take the time to educate and train you on fits your needs . They take the time to talk to you and steer you in the right direction and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase . I would recommend Arms for Defense for anyone looking to purchase guns and accessories. They also offer concealed carry classes and take the time to go over everything you need to know . Great place, excellent and knowledgeable customer service .

I went to this store for the first time today as someone looking to purchase their first firearm. Not gonna lie, I was a bit intimidated walking into a gun store in general but I must say, Paul - who is the owner - was very welcoming, informative, and patient with all the questions I had. The store closed at 3pm and I had arrived there at around 2:30pm with other customers in front of me, and even the other customers were friendly and helpful. After he took care of the other customers, I feel like most other owners would have been pressed to close up shop, but Paul went above and beyond to make sure that I was as confident as possible in making my purchase and didn’t rush the process at all. Overall, it’s a great vibe here and I look to continue doing business with them. 100% recommend anyone to check this place out, whether your an experienced firearm owner or looking to learn. There’s a great selection to choose from , and Paul definitely knows what he’s talking about.

Paul is an excellent teacher! My wife, Carolyn and I enjoyed the class and learning experience very much. We both were able to hit the target during practice.. However, we need to practice more. I took a class from Paul and it was a great experience. He’s knowledgeable, engaging, and a patient teacher. He took his time to explain the rights and responsibilities a person has when owning and using a firearm in terms anyone could understand. I cannot recommend him and his shop enough and I feel confident in the training received. I would highly recommend his class and shop to anyone interested as I felt he was exceptional at teaching a beginner the important steps necessary to be a responsible citizen. Thank you Paul!
