I called last week for driveway gravel delivery. The owner told me he had the exact amount I needed. Due to Christmas he asked if I could wait until today for delivery. I advised that would be great. At lunch time today still no delivery so I called. The owner advised he sold the gravel intended for me and it would be next week sometime before I could get it. In preparation for today I rented a machine to spread the gravel. So now I have no gravel and have rented a machine for nothing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

My husband and I stopped in on a whim looking for a certain type of rock. They didn’t have it and he let us know most everyone was out and showed us what he did have. He did recommend another rock place for us to check out which let us know he cares about his customers over making a sale. Ultimately we did purchase our rock here and will continue to go back for any needs we may have in the future. Highly recommend!

Last year we needed to change the topography of our yard, in order to stop erosion. A friend recommended Burnett's, so I stopped in to talk with them. We didn't just chat, I was schooled in what to do, and how to do it. First Mr. Burnett delivered a truckload of fill dirt, which we spread to raise the runoff area by nearly 9 inches. When we had spread the fill dirt we then waited a few days to let it settle, and ordered top soil. Having been to our house they knew how much topsoil we needed to have a two inch depth. It was delivered the same day. If you have never seen someone who could handle a dump truck, like an artist handles a brush, you should see Mr. Burnett. It was amazing to watch him dump the top soil so well, that spreading it was not a terrific chore. If there were a dump truck handling contest Mr. Burnett would take first place. We're getting ready to order some river rock to use as decorative fill under a new vinyl fence. I'm going to visit Burnett's, tomorrow, and I know the product will be the best, and delivered perfectly. Of course, spreading the rock will be hard, but I have a young man who helps with our yard and landscape work. The river rock work will make him stronger, but I will help supervise.
