My vehicle towed to Copart was in much worse condition than the way I gave it to the tow truck driver. The key was missing, money and personal belongings were stolen, and the interior of the car was covered in mud as if someone ransacked the vehicle. No one cared. If my car wasn’t a total loss prior to arriving at Copart, it sure as hell was afterward. One of the worst days of my life spent here. Tommie had a bad attitude toward me and other patrons who were already having a hard enough time as it was without his nasty comments.

My truck was stolen and recovered by the police. I was able to inspect the truck with the police. Insurance had my truck taken to this place while they set up a transfer for it to be repaired. Several things that were in the truck when the police found it are now missing from the truck after leaving this place. The pump for our fuel transfer tank was taken off, several tools from the tool box are now gone as well. They absolutely were there prior to being taken to this place.

QR code at the door for automated process to get on the line. Very easy to navigate and very helpful personnel who worked to make a tough time easier. This is one of those places you actually feel the people working there seem happy and seem to enjoy their job. They helped me get my belongings from my car. They even fedexed me my tags the day before I got there and provided me with a tracking number while I was there. Genuinely good place with good people. Not something I hope to expect these days but pleasantly surprised.

I as a transporter always have issues picking up units at Copart, they make it the most difficult as possible as if they don’t want to let go of the unit. They never cooperate with you and if it wasn’t for my customer, I will never step foot in Copart. Horrible service, employees, and management.
