There's obviously a reason why this little slice of luxury is so busy! Firstly, the service and staff are top notch. The salon itself is bright, well-organized and clean. It's really the kind of place for a pampering spa day, and wow, my fiancé and I were totally pampered! You wouldn't think such luxury would be located in a strip mall with a dispensary at the end, but don't let that fool you, this nail spa is absolutely fabulous without being snooty. Plenty of massaging spa chairs and nail booths. There's automatic check in for appointments and walk-ins. Desk staff were super-friendly and helpful, offering beverages while we waited. They serve MIMOSAS along with coffee, sparkling water, red or white wine, green tea and sodas. Fiancé and I had the "Peppermint Pedicure of the Gawds" (not really what it's called but trust me that's how good I felt afterwards). I feel like I have brand new feet, lol! It also included a shoulder massage which had me melting like a puddle of warm goo! I've been to many nail spas both here and in Los Angeles (where I'm from) and Lacquer Nails is easily one of the BEST nail spas ever. It's high end quality without the high end price tag. We truly got our money's worth and more. Yes, we plan to be back soon. Pro tip: weekends are super busy so making an appointment is a good idea. We did and there was still a fifteen minute wait (not a problem).

I was traveling through Tempe when one of my nails broke. I googled the closest salon to my hotel. I made an appointment with Lacquer Nails and Spa. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Mimi did an amazing job. I am beyond happy with the results. The biggest surprise was when I paid. I was expecting the bill to be far more expensive. I highly recommend Lacquer Nails and Spa.
