I went to get a haircut before my wedding, which is at the end of the month. After telling the stylist what I wanted, I told her "no pressure but this has to be perfect for my wedding"! She took it in stride and my hair will be perfect by the end of the month.

I came in with long hair down to my hips with the intentions of cutting off quite a bit. I wanted a cute shoulder length look and even provided the stylist a photo of myself with the hairstyle/length that I had previously, for an example. I had a great experience with the stylist, although I’m really sad to say that she ruined my hair completely in addition to my well-being. I wanted just a straight cut at my shoulder exactly how my photo portrayed and it ended up way too short. I really wished she would have cut longer than I wanted and asked if it was okay to go shorter just to make sure (I’ve had stylists do this in the past & it helps with reassurance). What really upsets me is that she cut face-framing (when I already have fringe bangs) and I didn’t even ask for that. I came home to see that I basically had a long bob cut and one side of my hair was shorter than the other. And the face-framing (that I didn’t even ask for nor want) was incredibly crooked on the side of my hair that was shorter. I had to drive all the way back to get it fixed and that resulted in my hair being even shorter. I literally look like Edna Mode from the Incredibles movie. I wake up everyday feeling sad and disgusted by the way I look because of this haircut. I am especially sad because the original stylist was such an amazing person to talk to. I really regret going in that day and wish I never did.

Showed up at 12 noon and left my name and number, the lady told me I can go shopping and do what I need and they will call me when it's my turn wait is about 20 to 30 minutes. I told her that works and never got a call walked back in after waiting in Starbucks for an hour and a halfand when I got in there the lady said we don't call people rude as hell. I wanted to tell her you have very poor customer service. What the heck kind of joint you got going on here? Still don't have my haircut & I will never set foot in this store again. Really sucks too because it's right down the road from my new house. Obviously my business is not appreciated here.
