I can't say enough how thankful I am to this dealership. From the very beginning of my interaction via email with John Smith and the great down to earth and upfront discussions with Tom Moratto to the culmination of my purchase of my car, the buying experience was smooth and stress free. Tom was very patient and answered all of my questions. He explained all my options and helped me get what I wanted. He was aware that my old car was "dying" and I was going to need a vehicle as soon as possible and explained that the vehicle I wanted would not be available for another month. I placed a deposit on a RAV4 LE but later in the week changed my mind and asked if he could keep an eye out for an XLE. Tom understood and searched for vehicles that fit the bill. Within in a matter of one day he located a vehicle for me and had it transferred to the dealership. I was really happy to get the vehicle with the right combination of features I wanted for a competitive price. The finance process was quick and easy. They were even able to beat the loan rate my Credit Union gave me. I highly recommend going to Bob Smith Toyota for your next car. These gentlemen went out of their way to help me. THANK YOU!

I have been coming to Bob’s Smith Toyota for about 20 years and I have had nothing else, but great experience. Between my daughter and I have purchased 5 cars and I travel long ways to get my service done. I love how friendly and welcoming they are! I highly recommend if you have any issues get in contact with the general manager Pete Smith he would make it right give him the chance to make it right. Mike Smith if you haven’t met him please ask for him next time you visit the dealership. Mike is humble, honest, friendly, devoted business man and family oriented human being. Is sad to read some negative reviews, it sounds like they’re talking and describing a different dealership NOT Bob’s Smith. People let’s be patient when it come to time! Specially right now during this pandemic. I’m customer service for my second job and it is not easy to please and accommodate everyone even though we try our best . Excellent service is priority at Bob Smith Toyota. Friendly service with a smile, shuttle service and rental cars are offered with service. The people who work here are so efficient and I don't mind waiting~ coffee and tea and food are available. The lighting is good for reading a book also. Their accessory store is right there too. I want to thank my service manager Greg for is great smile , humor and kindness too!
