The manager here is incredibly rude. No issues at other locations but this one. She’s very condescending and always questioning my packages. Claims they don’t accept usps items even though other ups locations do with no trouble. She clearly has no experience in customer service and should not work here.

The employees were very helpful and my Amazon return went smoothly! I was under the impression you had to return to store near where item was shipped. That is your only option on Amazon I was told by employee it can be returned to any store. Very helpful as I travel and it isn’t always convenient. Thanks so much for being so helpful!!

I shipped 3 packages to Las Vegas a week before Christmas 2021 and two out of 3 of my packages were sent the 3rd package said it was delivered but never was after calling in everyday for a week trying to get a answer they finally admitted to losing my package and started a claim which i had no problem with people are human but now it’s been 2 months with no answer about getting my money back from this place (side note they only cover up to “ $100” if they lose your stuff so don’t ship anything that you hand made and can’t get back because they will say to bad so sad)

This is a great UPS location. The manager is very nice and competent, as are her longtime staff. I've been a customer of theirs for over 8 years and they've rarely ever disappointed. The only times I have had any issue is when they are so busy and with Covid-19 the line extends outside and around the corner. But that's not their fault, they are so busy because they are so great and everyone wants to use their services.
