Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by a service advisor and was told that they would get to me as soon as possible. As my car was being serviced, my service advisor kept me updated on how long the service would take. I was also informed of all the services that were performed and recommendations on what had to be performed in the future. Although I had made an appointment for that day, my vehicle took about 4 hours to complete and I was informed that there was a shortage of service advisors as well as mechanics which explained why the services took so long. Despite being under stress from the lack of employees my service advisor was always professional with me. Please hire more honest and diligent working employees like him.

HORRIBLE experience. I came on saturday for a diagnostic and when I arrived they said they need my car to stay for a few days JUST for a diagnostic. Why couldn't they tell me that over the phone? I have children, I highly depend on my car. They said come back during the week because they'll service it quicker. I came on Monday and the only rental they had was almost 200. I said NO they told me the rentals were originally 30?? He says let me double check and says if I come back 2 hours later they would have a rental for me for 50. Then he states that the diagnostic will take a FEW DAYS. WHAT DO YOU MEAN A FEW DAYS?? I tell them NO and I'm coming to pick up my car before they close. When I arrive he states that they finished the diagnostic and is charging me 180??? I was confused because first he said it was going to take a few days now all of a sudden it was done? Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. I really don't recommend this place. UPDATE- the manager leaves a number and email but does absolutely nothing to help the situation. They had an incorrect diagnostic and I ended up wasting 1,000 for a part that didn't need to be fixed. I don't know if I'll be reimbursed. My car has been there for a week and they don't know what's wrong.
