Came here at 435 pm ,they sad have a shift in 10-15 m. Finally gate open at 530 . So what did u do there in almost an hour ??? Avoid . Rude security. Truckers trying to cut in 3rd line .

Rude staff ,rude security !!!! THEY OPEN AT 7.30 (sometimes 8.00 ,8.20) ??? REALLY??? It's all about security and intercom !!! Stupid ever ! U can spend 3-6h here- easy ! Avoid this place

HAPAG Lloyd is saying you can return empties here but there is no information to contact them. Dispatchers need to check if appointments are needed and get general information. Are we supposed to just wish and hope they actually accept the empties... please provide a contact for assistance or make a website with all the information people need to know.
