Horrible customer service. They promise a full refund after receiving unopened cartridges that don't work. But instead you are following up 3 weeks later for the credit.

I have been buying the products from this company since little over two years initially their toners were good but recently may be from an year they are sending terrible toners, these toners leak and the powder is all over the printer and documents. I print lots of loan documents escrow wont accept the documents if they are not clearly printed. So i would caution anyone buying "Brother TN850 High Yield Black Compatible Toner Cartridges". These are for laser printers. There is one specific brand that LD product sends out that is called "Premium Quality" these are horrible toners so far i had experience with. I have notified LD products multiple times but they keep sending these. The excuse they give is we don't have control over their own warehouse so does then. We has a customers have no visibility what is on their end.

DON'T DO IT! I ordered and received a set of cartridges and one was bad. Missing the microchip. I logged into my LD Products account online and spoke with customer service. They have no record of my order or customer number even though I'm logged into their website. It seems as though they'll sell you ink but when something goes wrong, they want you to prove you purchased the ink regardless of using their website to do so. I'll dig around and try to locate a confirmation email or physical invoice in an attempt to rectify the situation but I will not order from LD Products again.

Yes, compatible printer cartridges are tested and guaranteed to work with the same printers they are built for. Not only are the designed for compatibility, but all compatible or aftermarket ink and toner cartridges by LD are tested against the same standards as HP, Canon, Epson and Brother standards of performance, quality, and longevity so consumers get all the good stuff without paying for an overpriced name brand cartridge.
A remanufactured ink cartridge is a reused original brand cartridge that's been recycled, cleaned, refilled, and then rigorously tested to serve as lower cost replacements to brand new original ink cartridges. For example, a remanufactured black HP 952 cartridge is essentially a used HP 952 cartridge that's been cleaned, refilled with ink, and then tested to produce the same results as its brand new original counterpart. These remanufactured HP cartridges are then sold at much lower prices than original HP cartridges. Customers say they get the same results printing with a remanufactured cartridge as with an original.
