The food was overpriced and had very little flavor or was burnt. Pizzas start around $17, and there are gluten free options. However the gf crust + the brick oven leaves a very high probability of burnt and bitter crust. The Panacotta described as "Italian creme brulee" was like a very bland, thick vanilla pudding. No flavor or no smooth texture. A small side or Caesar salad is $11. I discussed my concerns with the manager who was very nice.

Ciao Grazie is a really nice Italian/pizza restaurant! The pizza really tastes Italian, not just pizza, and has a really thin crust. The ambiance is very nice and the service is excellent! I am sure their Italian dishes are very good too. There is a beautiful, covered patio for dining also.

Food is just ok. Not worth a special trip but good enough for a neighborhood restaurant. However the service is kind but slow and not attentive. The most mature female worker is from Kansas City. I know this because she was the loudest person in the restaurant. She also criticized the younger workers about their choice to wear eyelashes. She was loud and very opinionated like I was at some hole in the wall dive bar. To top it all off I watch a waitress fill the drinking water pitcher with tap water from a nasty sink.

Well let me share first that I had heard a lot of great things about this place. Unfortunately, this wasn't wholly my experience. First we had to wait a bit for a table and I didn't understand why nor did anyone explain or offer updates.☹ When finally seated the service was good. We first ordered the garlic bread which was quite good but it was not bread.. It was garlic bread toppings on a pizza crust. We then ordered the grazie salad or the house salad without the red peppers. It unfortunately came with the red peppers. We did pick them out. The salad was also very good. We combined their balsamic vinaigrette with their gorgonzola dressing and it was out of this world. Our disappoint came with the entrees. ☹ The lasagna was ok. Really quite average. I had such high hopes. My chicken parm was pounded to less than a quarter inch thick, way overcooked and was totally rubberized. I couldn't eat it. My family has come here for pizza several times and it was fantastic. Maybe we should just stick to the pizza. I was wholly disappointed with my experience the other night.😞

Ditto Chris Moffitt's answer and although it was closed when we went it looks like they have expanded the patio seating.
I have never had a bad meal there.
I would call and explain and find out directly from the restaurant
